  Would "not" recommend using this business to do any work on your HVAC units. The business was not up-front with the service costs involved just to show up, so expect surprises. In this case, the receptionist indicated they would be happy to drop by shortly to take a look my HVAC / thermostat problem, mentioning they were already close by in the area. After meeting and talking for about 3 minutes I was promptly charged $85 for the man to show up without any diagnostics... He spent no more than 10 minutes here, and 7 of those minutes was him recording information on the HVAC unit (which had not problem), him calling the dispatcher on my time... The actual time he spent with me was about 3 minutes. Just expect bad service if you use these people.
