  Very untrustworthy company in my opinion. I have dealt with them a few times and each service call that took about an hour and cost $69. Then they came out to look at an inoperable AC unit, and told me it had to be replaced. I was planning on using Diamondback to replace the unit until I did research and found out how much they had been overcharging me. When I went with a different company that had a similar AC unit for much cheaper, they wanted $149 for the service call that had previously been $69. Additionally, they wanted $149 more for writing an overpriced proposal and meeting with my insurance adjuster for a short time. I told them I would be happy to pay the fair amount of $69 for each of the two events, and I was threatened with collections instead. THE BEST THING I CAN ADVISE FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IS TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, unless you want to risk being overbilled and threatened with debt collection.
  
  By the way, I wanted to give them zero stars, but one star is the least you can give.
