  Would not renew my lease for next year. The location of this complex is ideal because of the ease of access to the freeways and proximity to near by shopping. However, what you pay and get in return is not worth it. Units are not up to date and make you feel like you're living in the late 80's. However if that is not a concern to you, the maintenance upkeep needed to make your apartment livable is ridiculous. Your A/C unit will break day after day especially in the summer. The maintenance team will come out and "fix it" but it will break again the next day and then tell you you're running the unit too hard? The owner of the property emailed us and told us that break downs and repairs are expected in a complex that is 20+ years old. That may be true, but is it too hard to ask for repairs that actually work? I'm typing this review from a friends apartment because my A/C is out again and its too hot to even be inside the unit. Oh yea, and there are a lot of cats around the complex all the time. Strays or not, I don't know.
