  I would give a zero star. Where to start. The apartment wasn’t that clean upon moving in and we were only there less than 6 months. We cleaned it before leaving even though we barely lived there and got 0 of the deposit back. They charged us upwards of $70 for a final utility bill so that our deposit would be gone. The whole time we lived there, utilities were only about $30. The events were pretty lame. Friday social hours were just recycled every month and Costco had better portion sizes in their samples than the dinners. It was depress seeing all the seniors getting taken advantage of. Don’t do it.

  My wife and I have lived here a year so far and are extremely happy to have renewed our lease for a second year. If you are over 55 and enjoy all the amenities of life without any hassles this is your spot! Quiet,clean,spacious,Next door to loads of shopping,bus lines,light rail and more!Management funded weekly social hours and Continental breakfast twice weekly.Putting greens,clean heated pool and Spa + activities to choose from and a friendly staff then this is your go to place.
